Shiny hair is every girls dream and it can be only achieved by eating healthy and taking good care of hair. The best appeal of any women is her hair and thus women are very conscious about how her hair looks. If you eat healthy and use good quality products on your hair still your hair are shine-less then you should try some of the following tips for better results. I have seen many girls who wash their hair a day before any special occasion so that hair flattens out a bit and look less frizzy. But using the following tips you can wash your hair the same day.

Use Cotton Tee:

When you wash your hair, don’t use towel instead use cotton tee to prevent frizz. Towel can cause breakage of hair and can also increase frizz so it’s better to use a cotton tee. After you are done washing your Hair, take a cotton tee and rinse excess water. Than wrap your hair around the tee for 10 minute so that your hair dry naturally. This way your hair will remain frizz-free.

Product:

Use good quality products on your hair and make sure the products don’t contain any harmful ingredient. Avoid using heat as much as you can and let your hair dry naturally. If you use heat products then make sure to use heat protecting spray before applying heat6 for less damage. Serums, conditioners should never be applied on the scalp as they are loaded with chemicals so use them only on your strands.

Oiling:

It is extremely important so that your hair can get proper nourishment and the growth process can increase. If you oil your hair regularly then your hair will be healthy and it will show in the form of shine. Use coconut oil, castor oil or almond oil for massaging your whole scalp and strands for 15 minute. Let it stay for as long as you want and then rinse with shampoo. It will add shine and will also reduce frizz to a great extent.

Home remedies to make hair shiny:

Aloe Vera Gel: Aloe vera gel when applied on hair can be very beneficial. It not only add healthy shine but it also makes hair roots strong and prevents hair breakage. Aloe vera gel is also used in many shampoo/conditioner and other hair products. Take aloe vera gel, apply it directly or mix it with your regular oil. Massage your scalp using it for 5-010 minute and let it stay for 25 minutes more. Aloe vera is antiseptic so if you have itching or any other scalp problem it will also work as a natural treatment.

Egg and Honey: For shiny hair it is essential that our hair should be properly nourished. Sometimes oiling is not enough and thus honey nourishing mask helps. Make a hair pack using one egg and 2 tablespoon honey. Apply this mixture on your scalp and allow it to stay for 35 minutes and then rinse with shampoo as usual. Honey will provide moisture; egg will provide softness and shine.

Banana and yoghurt: Banana pack also hydrates scalp deeply. Mash one ripe banana and mix some yoghurt into it. Make a smooth by religiously mixing it with a spoon. Now take hair brush and apply it all over your hair. Let it stay for 20 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water so that banana completely rinses. It will make your hair smooth, soft and will also add noticeable shine.

Honey and Lemon: Take one lemon and squeeze it to extract its juice. Keep this juice in a bowl and add 2 tablespoon of honey in it. Now add mustard oil into the honey lemon mixture and mix everything really well. Apply this mixture on your scalp thoroughly and also apply on your strands. Cover your head using a shower cap. Let it stay for 45 minutes and then rinse it off using lukewarm water. Repeat it 2-3 times a month for effective results. This mask will not only make your hair shiny smooth but will also make your scalp healthy.
